Butterfly Linocut

This is a linocut, meaning I carved the image into a piece of linoleum, rolled ink over the carving, and then applied the carving to a piece of paper. Each print is an original artwork--nothing has been reproduced digitally or printed on an electronic printer.

It is also an Open Edition print, meaning there is no limit to the number of prints I will make with the carved design.

Because of the nature of linocut prints, each print is very slightly different and unique. The print you receive will not look exactly like the print in these product pictures. But it will be an original print of this butterfly design, in black ink, on white, 8"x10" paper.
